If you want a small-as-possible game, you probably have heard of Microlite D20. It's basically D&D cut down so that you can literally carry the entire system in your pocket. If you want dice to go along with the smallest game system I've ever heard of that was large enough to be usable … these are the dice that go with them.
For a RPG player, these are basically a novelty. We've all got tons of dice (but never so many we don't want more) and these are cute and small and fun. But I happen to like them so much that I kinda want a jumbo set in the same colorway. These look blue from one direction, but green from another, and … kinda red from a third? It's a great effect!
